What to expect

In music therapy sessions, you’ll explore personalized techniques tailored to your needs and goals. Your Certified Music Therapist may use music listening for relaxation, playing instruments to enhance focus, or creating music for self-expression. Each session offers a safe space to connect with yourself through music.

Whether you’re improvising, re-creating songs, or listening to melodies, these approaches are designed to help you heal, grow, and achieve your goals. No musical experience is required—just an openness to explore the power of music.
